twlookup.com provides lookup and browsing of Taiwan company registration data. All company records come from government open datasets; the site aggregates and presents them.

Registry data reflects what was filed with the competent authority, not facts verified by this site. Status, address, capital and business items are all as declared.

Declared business items describe what a company is permitted to do, not capabilities it demonstrably has.

Datasets are imported on different schedules and can disagree with one another. The source and update date shown beside each field is authoritative for that field. If something is not shown, that means the source dataset does not carry it — not that the fact is untrue.

This site is not a credit reference agency, and nothing here constitutes a credit assessment, legal advice or investment advice. For decisions of consequence, verify with the publishing agency or a qualified professional.

Individual lookup, business due diligence and research are welcome. Please do not: perform bulk automated extraction that burdens the service, circumvent technical limits, interfere with the service’s operation, or use the data for harassment, marketing lists, or any purpose contrary to personal data protection law.

Automated access should respect robots.txt.

The government data presented here is released under the Open Government Data License, Version 1.0. You may reuse it subject to that licence, attributing the publishing agency.

The site’s own explanatory text, interface design and the way the data is organised remain the property of the operator.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty that the data is complete, current or free of error, and without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the service.

Corrections to registration records must be made with the publishing agency. If this site displays something that disagrees with its source, write to contact@twlookup.com.

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
